4.1.10. Fireworks, igniter cords, military devices and safety fuses may not be used on a construction site.
Despite section 295 of the Regulation respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1, r. 13), this section does not apply to an establishment as defined in section 1 of the Act respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1).
